By downloading, installing, or using Strap Zone ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Strap Zone is a fitness application that connects to Bluetooth heart rate monitors to display real-time heart rate data during workouts. The App is designed for personal fitness tracking purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your heart rate monitor is properly worn and functioning
• Consulting with a physician before beginning any exercise program
• Using the App in a safe manner during physical activities
• Maintaining the security of your device

4. Health Disclaimer

The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Heart rate data provided by the App is for informational and fitness purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional before making decisions based on heart rate data.

You should stop exercising immediately if you experience any pain, discomfort, or other warning signs during your workout.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strap Zone and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, health issues, or loss of data arising from your use of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Strap Zone and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
